Let me introduce myself, I started in the residential home market place by lending mortgages within the credit union system in 1988. The philosophy of the credit union system - that of building relationships to help individuals realize their goals and dreams, and the commitment to helping our communities by participating in programs and initiatives which contribute to their general well-being - were deeply imbedded in my way of thinking.

In May of 1996, I was licensed as a Real Estate Associate in the Province of Alberta and joined the Calgary Real Estate Board. I started my real estate career with Royal LePage Inc. and moved over to Royal LePage Foothills with Ted Zaharko as Broker/Owner in 1999.

I enjoyed a thriving real estate business with Royal LePage Foothills and earned a number of sales awards, which include the MLS Million Dollar Club Award, The Directors Platinum Award and The Award of Excellence.

I completed my educational portion of Conflict Resolution (Mediation) Certificate Program at the University of Calgary in 2001and became a volunteer with the Calgary Real Estate Board, currently serving on the Standards and Practices Committee.

In April of 2004 I opened my own real estate brokerage, Calgary First Real Estate Inc. and enjoy having a thriving real estate brokerage.
