Information for Sellers...

Calgary First Real Estate agents recommend you take the following things into account if you are thinking of selling your home.

Price your property right...

Calgary First Real Estate associates will work with you to achieve a realistic selling price for your property. With right pricing and the professional marketing you get with our associates at Calgary First Real Estate , your property will sell faster, will not lose it's "marketability" and, could generate competing offers.

Understand the current market conditions..

The real estate market is always changing. Calgary First Real Estate associates can help you determine what the current market conditions are and what impact they will have on your position as a seller

Determine the value of your home...

Considering factors like location, size, style, condition, community amenities (eg: schools), and buyer supply, our assocaites will prepare a comparative market analysis for your home based on the most current market information. Together, we can establish the proper list price for your home.

Don't overprice...

When you establish a price for your home based on factors such as emotional value, building in "bargaining room", lack of good market information, or extensive renovations you have performed, you may price it too high. Overpricing can lead to decreased activity, wariness on behalf of potential buyers, and may even result in you having to drop your price below market value in order to sell. Potential buyers looking for a lower price range may miss your house altogether.

When listing your property with one of Calgary First Real Estate associates, we will work with you to avoid these problems.

Make a marketing plan...

When you work with Calgary First Real Estate associates, you can be sure that your property will be aggressively promoted through Calgary Real Estate News, local newspapers, the MLS system, (unless the listing is exclusive) minimum 3 real estate internet sites and mailings to potential buyers among other techniques.
